Wednesday, Feb 22 Journal

Hallelujah && praise the Lord I finally dropped below what I started this at. Yup, came in at 176.2 - which its only a pound but its a pound dangit, and by Sunday it damn well better be TWO pounds. Dang. Took long enough. I really want to start focusing on not just my calorie intake, but my carbs and sugars as well. Looks like a lot of grilled fish and chicken with oodles of veggies are in my future!!!

I've had a stressful couple of days at work, and it seems today will be no exception - I am known for "eating my feelings" so I might be using this blog today as a form of venting to keep from hitting up the vending machine.

Last night Mr. W & I did about 9 different exercises in rotation on our legs last night, walking down the stairs of the gym my legs literally felt like jello. Tonight we take on our abs again, let's hope I have a better attitude about it tonight then the last week's ab workout.

On a side note I got my SparkPeople login and such completed so I will be logging my meals differently, but luckily a lot more efficiently!
