Tuesday, Feb 14 Weight Loss Journal

Pretty sure I am going to make every Saturday and Wednesday mornings my weigh in days and that way I am not over stressing over the numbers every single day. So I will report tomorrow any change.

Did arm weight training with my husband last night. I am a born and bred cardio girl, it is all I have ever done, but I have come to the decision that back when I had an invincible metabolism and was active on a cheerleading team as well as swim team I didn't necessarily need weight training - but after dang near a decade, my metabolism seemingly disappearing for the last few years, my surgery, and all that jazz, it is going to take more then just the elliptical or the stair master for me to get into the shape that I want to be in.So off for a late night gym session we went and today I care barely lift my arms to my shoulders without wincing (YAY!) and tonight we doing legs which I am really syked about cause that is my "problem area" - super pumped for round 2. Happy Valentines people!
