FRIDAY! Feb 24 Journal

So we skipped the gym last night, honestly I needed a evening off and so I hit the sack by 11 last night and boy did I need it! Tonight I don't know we are either doing back and chest or I am going solo and just grinding out an hour of cardio.

Yesterday was horrible. I knew better but with all the stress I have been dealing with comfort food won. Today I am back to the grind, and I checked my scale today and I am at an even 176 pounds. My goal is to have that scale say 174 this time next week.
