Thursday, Feb 23 Journal

Ab night was pretty brutal, mostly because my obliques hadn't completely recovered from our last ab day - but we pushed right on through it. Did about 9 different exercises in rotation, I pretty but did 30 reps 3x of every exercise we did. Except the last machine of the night, the crunch machine, did 2 sets of 50 and the last set of 30. It felt really good.

Today was kind of a bust, but a tasty bust at that.Work has been extremely stressful this week, which isn't an excuse by any means - but it was good to go to Chili's with a good friend and talk it  out and jazz. I got the lowest calorie appetizer on the menu and drank sugar free tea with lemon. I blame my friend for what happened next. the Oreo Molten Cake. Yup. I did. Only a little less then half though. Merp. Tomorrow I am going to be paying hardcore for that decision, Calorie limit tomorrow - 1,000 baybay
