Saturday, Feb 18 Weight Loss Journal

Today is kind of my cheat day, but I can already tell my body has kind of detoxed from bad food cause my attempt has left me with an upset stomach and trying not to puke. TMI I know but I already decided that I am not holding anything back. Last night proved difficult - we went to the gym for our abs and obliques. Isolating my abs was damn near impossible to keep flexed and tight while I work out so I stayed pretty frustrated though most of the evening - I did however get a pretty good workout, just not as hardcore as I would have liked, but for the first week of nailing down a work out regimen I think I did all right. This week I am really focused on figuring out how to isolate individual muscles as we work out. I think we are skipping tonight - I went this afternoon but seriously only for maybe 35 to 40 minutes - but I am sure we will probably hit up the dance floors so I will still get some good ol' cardio in!

Ugh. Disgusted looking at those numbers, plus my body is clearly angry with my choice. Its crazy that something I use to so easily eat whenever I wanted  and I had no clue of what I was consuming. It really makes you look at food completely differently. I don't even know how people can have complete cheat days, all that I want is some chicken and green veggies with water. I mean OVER my daily calorie intake, sodium intake, fat intake, carb intake... in ONE meal... Ridiculous.


Well dinner was technically on Sunday since we ate it at around 3AM on Sunday - but I am going to go ahead and add it for the 18th since we were still awake.
