Tuesday, Feb 21 Weight Loss Journal

So last night was arms night, I think my arms might have adjusted from the shock of weight lifting because my arms aren't nearly as sore as they were last week and I worked them harder then last week to the point that I bruised my hands just from working out. Crazy. I weighed myself this morning and it came to 177.2 lb right back where I started. Yeah, still not seeing any change is really frustrating, but I am just going to keep on fighting, I will win this. Period.

I listened to my mom and although I don't think the Atkins diet is necessarily for me since I have a lot of added daily activity that requires carbs for energy I do think I could afford to cut back on carbs and keep them in the double digits. We will see how that goes this week.

Tonight - Bring on the leg workout :)

Since I haven't had time today to eat snacks I ate a kind of big lunch. a Hybird veggie burrito from Freebirds. Cayenne tortilla, with Spanish rice, mixed cheese, re-fried beans, corn salsa, white onions, cilantro, tortilla strips, lettuce, salsa, & death sauce.
