No change on the scale at all this morning, and although it has only been a week it is frustrating not to see a change at all!! Today I will be doing my measurements and will post this evening-

My mom e-mailed me details regarding the carb diet that she uses. It would entail me only consuming a maximum of 20 carbs a day. Which clearly is a HUGE difference from the 70-90 I try to stay in. My mom has had tremendous success on this diet, but I don't know if it is something for me considering the weight training I am doing. My body needs carbs to burn. I really think I need to schedule an appointment with a nutritionist so that I can sort out what I need for food intake doing the weight training that I am to get to my goals successfully.
I know that I haven't really made my goals known - people think that I am just trying to get skinny but that really isn't the case anymore, I want a full body transformation inside and out. I want to be LEAN not so much pushing to be skinny.
It's a bad day today. I am super frustrated and confused. I can already tell you I am going to slip big time today on my intake. Seriously, let me just get my stomach stapled along with my mouth.

Don't worry I won't... but I will be envisioning it while I eat my veggies tonight and while hitting the weights. I didn't get to measure myself because it appears I lost my measuring tape. Bah! Eeee. I can't remember the name off hand, its the same brand that Devin uses, which its only because it doesn't taste absolutely horrible like a lot that I've tried. What do you use?
