Thursday Jerzday! March 1 Journal

Ah its a new month and Feb was super crazy.... Who would have thought SNOOKI would get knocked up before me?! Weighed in this morning. Scale seems to be broken on 174 haha! At least I am in good spirits. Went to the gym last night solo since Mr. W had to work a double. After measurements last night it really did confirm that my biggest problem are my glutes and thunder thighs. so my leg days are always going to happen 2 or 3 times a week, specifically even on cardio days after I do my stationary biking or elliptical.

Started with a 10 minute moderate pace on the stationary bike. Then I did 3 sets 30 reps of rotation exercises consisting of side leg lifts left and right, donkey kick left and right, squats with a 7.5 weight. Then I walk lunged the room, after getting to one side I followed that with side lunges right and left before lunging back to the original side of the room 2 sets. Unfortunately several of the machines I use at the gym are being reupholstered so I had to skip on a few sadly. Did 3 sets of 35 reps of the thigh adductor on 70lbs and then 3 sets of 35 reps of the thigh abductor. Followed that up with 3 sets of 35 reps of calf raises. And ended things out with another 10 minute moderate page on the stationary bike. So all in all it was an OK workout but I didn't do all my normal exercises due to machine maintenance. Sad face. Tonight I am doing chest and back. Whooo!

Today's Gym Motivation -


Oh I am super embarrassed to post my food journal for today. I ended up not being able to take a lunch which threw off everything and by 5 I just wanted food right then and there and with that things went down hill. And now my stomach is aching and pissed off, Mr W isn't off yet and I think tomorrow I am going to do two trips to the gym and rest tonight. I know, I know. I just get tired of feeling the need to prep food each day - I hardly have any time.... I am very discouraged this evening seeing that yet again this week I went over my cal intake by over 1,000. But back on the horse I go. I WILL defeat this. Mind over matter baby!
