Holy Batman! Damn you iHop and your deliciousness at 3AM.

Lost another pound between Thursday and now which brings me to 173, so 5 pounds in 23 days. Unfortunately that is NOT going to cut it. Argh. So frustrated. Today has been a pretty good day for diet and my portion intake, and I bought a cleanse just to detox all the baddies from my body.

I need to be down to 160 by the end of this month. That is my goal and come hell or high water I intend to make that goal. So 13 pounds in 26 days. LETS DO THIS!
