I haven't been sticking to my diet at all for the last two weeks, and it was easy to fall back into bad habits. Very easy. That being said I am back on the road of recovery from junk good and caffeine. I think I just got tired of blandness. I hate water, sincerely and am always craving some flavor which is usually when I find myself ordering a soda. However last month I was introduced to Mi0 and I can't recommend it enough.
0 calories. 0 fat. 0 sodium. 0 carbs. 0 sugar.
It is my saving grace from staying away from soft drinks and coffees. I don't drink it with all my water, but I drink it once in the morning and then again in the evening. You can find it at most grocery stores with the Crystal light and mix powders.
